Is it a joke or what? I signed up for access last week. Received a bill today that was due two days ago. Why can't one pay online? This is really crazy in this day and age.

Gee, isn't that what the dems in the city prevent you from doing also? You can't pay your taxes online? I'm not certain because I don't live there.
Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent. Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
