April 30 will be the 3 year anniversary of dem councilman Erickson trying to sell his house.

City says it will seys it will sell for $181,000.

It was listed originally for $239,000, now asking price is down to $209,000.

Still no buyers.


Not to mention, to state the taxes on that house were about $7,500 three years ago and in just three short years, the taxes have jumped by a whopping $1,000 to roughly $8,500.    Where are the people who claim that taxes are lower under the dems?

We ought to recognize other anniversaries as they come up.

We signed a listing agreement with Welbourn and Purdy Realty on 3/16/92 $ 40,500. ( it was appraised at $43,500 )
