McC was not being interviewed. It was a commercial ad on the station. Now here is more proof of STUPIDITY of this mayor and his dems. For the most part the people who do not recycle are the young, the partiers (probably drinking at the downtown gin mills), the non-homeowners, etc. The people who do not recycle are likely not reading or watching news, they are the people who would probably have their car towed if the mayor ever declared a snow emergency because they don't pay attention. Of course, McC does not want to insult them.
