So if you think it's a waste of resources for a "few" code violations you obviously think that if you were the mayor you could do a better job and get more violations and more crime. So why don't you just run for mayor or become a cop. Maybe crime will be scared of you and run away.

Residents are told that police response is slow because they are busy with "real crime"

I guess harassing store owners is top on their list.

Like I said if police did their job and enforced the loitering law this would help with the issues around some of the smaller stores.

Including Stewarts on Brandywine Ave and Nott Terrace  

now you know a $100,000 per year code enforcer is not acceptable...you know they're only supposed to make about $60,000   !!!
