Schenectady Police are currently investigating an accident involving a pedestrian that occurred in the area of 809 Eastern Avenue.
Around 6:45 Tuesday night, officers located a 7 year old male who had been hit by a vehicle. The boy suffered leg and head injuries and was treated on scene by members of the Schenectady Fire Department. The victim was then transported to Albany Medical Center by Mohawk Ambulance. The victim was listed in stable condition and his injuries are not considered life threatening.
Prayers and thoughts for him that he recovers fast and is home soon.
