That's right this hero risked his life to get involved, he decided what was worth risking his life over. Now if the cops came would you blast them for risking their lives over that pocketbook, of course you wouldn't you would be praising them for putting themselves in harms way. So this "Texas Hero" now has two suspects on the ground, the purse is returned to it's owner,
The "Texas Hero" is covering the two suspects with his gun... and one gets up and runs away.

DOES HE SHOOT THE FLEEING MAN???  Would he shoot and possibly kill this man for $4, a lipstick and
change???
No one's life is in jeopardy, no one is threatened by this purse thief... Is the vigilante justice of Texas
to be executed for stealing a purse, $4, and a lipstick???

Would that make you twice as much the "HERO"???

The Supreme Court has turned away another case over whether Americans
have a constitutional right to be armed in public.
The justices on Monday let stand a lower court ruling upholding a New Jersey requirement
for gun owners to show an urgent need to carry a handgun outside their home for self-defense.
Both a police official and a judge must approve the permits.

The New Jersey law was challenged by four individuals and two gun groups, and had
the backing of 19 states.

The justices turned away similar questions on at least two earlier occasions.
