-- Moving Marcella's from Crane St down about a half mile - taxpayer money used. Also, taxpayer dollars from the homeowners pay the property and school taxes.
-- Moving Villa Italia from Hamburg St a few miles - taxpayer money used. Also, taxpayer dollars from the homeowners pay the property & school taxes
-- All the Galesi properties. Millions of taxpayer money used on his properties. Also taxpayer dollars from homeowners to paya the property and school taxes.
-- Procctors Theater - tens of millions of taxpayer dollars used for "development." Also, taxpayer dollars from homeowners to pay the property and school taxes. On top of that nearly a whopping quarter of a million dollars to pay the salary of it's CEO (a person who STOLE school tax dollars by lying on his STAR application after fleeing life living IN the city.

Sales tax DOWN proving no "tourists" are spending money here.
Increase in vacant properties, homes not selling - proving tourists are NOT choosing to move here.
Tax base DOWN, property values DOWN, home sales DOWN, home sale prices DOWN. And taxes on the financially struggling homeowners is going up up up up up
