Guess it's another FAILURE in the city?????

A church not used as a church anymore, such a nice building, was supposed to become some art museum, obviously that fell through.

City council has to settle a tax certiorari lawsuit tonight.  That means the church grieved their taxes to the board of assessment and McC's real estate puppet obviously said "denied, insufficient data" and so the church had to sue the city

But who said the mayor and his dem team are doing a wonderful job in the city?

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

Wasn't that just in the paper, that the church was getting re-used? Maybe the taxes grieved are from before that deal was made? That was the one use of handouts I've seen that had some merit to it, IMO. Whatever is happening, I hope the city doesn't mess up again.
