Anyone know a source of all the Commercial Property Assessments in the city?  the county has them but they are only searchable one by one.   The City website only has pdf lists of the single family and rental properties.

Well of course, the city doesn't want you to easily research this stuff, especially because you'd more easiliy find the taxable amounts of 0 for all the properties owned by their rich cronies.

For $5,000 you can buy a house in Schenectady. Apparently, some new program can fetch you a real fixer-upper on Strong Street.

McCheesy's new plan... give them away... hope taxes get paid.

Wonder how many of these people are going to pay their first quarterly tax bill when they see it almost equals the price they paid for the house.

Or maybe they'll do minimum repairs and become slumlords.

And the circle of life repeats itself in Schenectady......

We are the intelligent people who know.  This information needs to get to the average people.

Houses like the ones on Strong Street, a lot of them are vacant now because some wanna-be slumlords found out that it isn't all free money.
