It costs a great deal of money to do the odd even parking and people would no have places to put their cars.

For crying out loud! No! It does not cost ANY money to park on one side of the street over the other! Where is the cost?
An individual's automobile is not their neighbor's responsibility. Where you put your car is your own business, you just can't leave it on the public street,in the way of clean, safe streets for everyone. Other communities, including this one, in the past, have had this all figured out. We pay plenty, to get BAD service from those who take our money. It is indefensible. Tell me, Gerri J, how is it that other communities, such as Albany, manage to accomplish snow plowing? What you say is BS.
