We have TW Cable(no premium channels) and internet(not turbo) only and pay $110/month.

We called Direct tv.....With all of the 'upgrades' that they say you 'really should have'....would be $89/month for cable/internet....AND a 2 year contract. we didn't like the contract...so we opted out.
