Kosiur is pathetic! Lost to Amedore and they create a $100,000 position for him at the county. If he wants the seat he should not get a salary from the City Council seat save the taxpayers $14,000 a year. These DEMS are all money hungry parasite. Its all about fulling their pockets at the tax payers expense! What a shame!!! The voters in Schenectady sad to say are stupid because they keep voting these guys in year after year and the results are higher taxes, more welfare drug heads moving in to the neighboorhoods.

Worse yet, is how can ANY person represent you (and other Schenectadians) when that person was NOT elected by the VOTERS.


Most of the city council as well as the mayor, got their by appointment chosen by the corrupt dem party

And then the puppets they appoint  will NOT EVER come out in public and tell people things like "here is last year's total taxable value from last year's assessment roll and here is this year's amounts, the tax base has dropped by $x MILLION dollars."   They will never come out and say "Home values I the city have dropped X% from last year (nor will they ever explain what the equalization rate amounts, or really explain what the RAR percentages are for the city.   They would NEVER come out and in plain language state 'we have exempted GE form paying any property and school taxes, so you homeowners will be having the lost amount added to your tax bills.

Etc Etc

So glad we don't live IN the city.  Just hate that the crap from the city is gradually spreading to areas of the town (Rotterdam)

Pleasse explain, DV, how will he be a great choice?    Just to continue the reduction of the tax base in the city to fund the political cronies of the aprty/  To continue the reduction of property values?  To continue increasing taxes on financially struggling homeowners?


Can you EVER cite facts, i.e., like facts about the dems and the effect they have had on the tax base, the property values, the numbers of home sales, the amount of time it takes to sell a home compared to all other locales around here, the tax BILLS, the numbers of tax foreclosures, the numbers of anandoned buildings, etc.

Why don't you ever address the FACTS?   Why don't; you ever present evidence?


Obviously you are just a troll, an adult aged non-self-sufficient person, who ONLY posts on here in order to se his babble osted, but who knows NOTHIGN about what he posts and cannot provide one teeny shred of evidence..   So, it's been, what, three years, where is your evidence of YORU statement that the county portion of taxes are the lowest in 50 years.   Are you ever going to provide the evidence of that?  In the next 30 years will you ever provide evidence of it?
