Transfinder's building on State Street looks awesome -- It is just one more example of the tremendous Renaissance that is taking place in Schenectady County. With the great leadership over at the County Legislature andover at the Economic Development Office, Schenectady County will continue the positive trend begun just over a decade ago. 2014 will bring new projects and more great things for our beloved community.
Noew DV, why do you REFUSE to address the FACT that this building has contributed to the massive reduction in the city's tax base, which in turn has caused the homeowners taxes to keep going up, which causes property values to fall and more people to leave the city, more houses to become abandoned, shich causes increases in taxes which causes more people to lose their homes to tax foreclosure. Plrease DV, can you explain why as downtown has been funded with taxpayers' money, the numbers of tax foreclosures in the city has risen dramatically? Why don't you address that fACT?????/ ONCE AGAIN,, DV loves to feel like he can actually use a computer, use a keyboard, and makes works appear on the monitor in front of him, but has no intelligence to address the FACTS |
