I'd say that there is definitely something wrong, and it is not Ron Paul, but present government that is giving us the 'same ole same ole, and that the status quo is clearly not working. Maybe you are one of the "I got mine" crowd, content with the way things are because they aren't too bad for you, personally. Well, I have mine, too, but I will still look for causes and solutions when I see that what we are doing now is clearly not working for so many of us. That doesn't make me insane. Ron Paul is a trickle downer... It's never worked, ever, but that doesn't stop them from the same ole "Cut Taxes" as a cure for all ills. Cut benefits for those out of a job or on the bottom rung of the ladder while handing cash to those on top.
Just one example... Give a poor working slob another $100 and he'll probably buy groceries, or pay some bills or even take his spouse out for dinner. Give the 1% another $100 and it will be tax sheltered and stashed in an offshore account.

the fact is that no matter what....'THEY' CONTROL THE FAUCET AND THE DRAIN.....
....for the collection of taxes on a virtual value fiat system, ENOUGH COMFORT IS SUBJECTIVE.....
basketball/baseball/hollywood etc stars who 'came from a 'poor/bad' childhood' still live with their demons no matter how much they think they have 'enough comfort' in their mansions etc.....
the issue is that we all 'look up' and say 'good for them they made it. I'll have to count my blessings because they deserved it more.'

This post tells me you know nothing about Ron Paul. He doesn't support "trickle down", he voted against the bank bailouts, Obama voted for them.
Start understanding what trickle down means and what Ron Paul's philosophy is before making wildly inaccurate claims. Ron Paul supported banks FAILING, not saving the trickle downers(the banks). YOUR PARTY supported saving the wealthy banks with taxpayer money rather than letting them fail.

what you fail to realize is that they are one in the same....you seem to give GREAT value to that $100...if the 'poor middle class' person gets that $100 it has a kind of magical power of great value....when giving it to the 1% they find it to be worth $1.
again your projecting value/worth on an inanimate object...sure we have to use $ but how people use it/collect it etc (not much different than collecting rocks/cars) is what people will have in the end.
if a person seeks to break their bondage this is not where to get those bonds broken. the 1% are still in bondage because without the 98% licking their a$$es they have nothing.
