It seems our new tea bagger(Conservative) of a Highway Supervisor  - One of FDG's suck up's - Can't read and comprehend a weather forecast as the roads in town today are/were UNSAFE - a layer of ice below the early morning snow - it is now 8am and not a plow to be seen  - adult drivers and children in school buses were put at risk this AM on these unsafe roads.

There was a time when Rotterdam had a Highway Supervisor who read and understood the local weather and acted in the best interests of those who signed his pay check and the roads of Rotterdam were clear and sanded so the residents and children could get to work and school without issue

Lamour - the dudes last name was GORDON

Be thankful that you even have a road.

All the streets near me had gravel and oil dumped on them last fall.

They said we were going to get new blacktop after 35years.

Then they told us they ran out of money.

So now the plow throws gravel onto our lawns.

ROTTENdam roads are better than the city...........but not as good as they use to be. Hopefully the new guy on the block will catch on. Altho....the workers should be the same crew and they know the routine.....yes?

Yes they did

It is interesting that all the roads that lead to cop court are well salted
Other town roads are snow covered. Even A-Gellos road has more snow

Is our conservative highway supervisor saying thank you?

You should have a solid surfaced road this day in age - even if it is just tar and stone -

when Thomasone was in office the highway super paved Fuez Rd twice in the same summer

no excuse for unpaved roads!  same goes for water and telecommunications

Someone must decide what hours the highway workers need to work for the safety of town residents
