Schenectady is not a good place for women, anymore. Down at DSS, you have the freeloaders with nothing better to do, and the system works pretty well for them, but then you have some truly dependent people with some serious problems, and they get abused in the process. I think they throw up all kinds of stumbling blocks, to try to weed people out, but it has the opposite effects, the desperate see their only security slipping away and they freak out.
They are all spread out in the City of Schenectady.
However...at the dss building, ya get to see them all at one time in one place!!!

I don't know what took place but from the amount of man power there I'm guessing it was significant. As BB said I would want backup as well going there but nothing on the news as to what happened. I also wondered why the sheriffs presence, they're right down the road but I don't think its common for them to get involved in a regular call. We will probably never know what took place.
