Guess he's going to be looking for more money from the taxpayers - he is delinquent in his school taxes.

Wonder if he will understand that, as I said here a few years ago, and McCarthy said recently to the news, when property owners (Proctors) don't pay their taxes then the taxes have to go up for the homeowners.

Maybe he will understand why his taxes are so high?

He'll probably get someone to wipe off the penalties.

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

McCheese probably got that off of this website, it is too bad the rest of it goes right over his head. I don't feel one bit sorry for King Tut there, he of the lying website, as I know others stuck in exactly the same bad financial spot, a house they can't unload even at a loss, unable to find a reliable tenant willing to pay enough rent to cover the mortgage and taxes (would you?). However, the people I know in that position don't have an out-of-line fat salary based on thin air.

He fits right in with other DEM "leaders". Joe Allen was also on the dead beat list but it doesn't matter if you are a DEM leader. Too bad more don't follow Denise Brucker and Vince DiCerbo and leave the
jurisdiction. If Proctor's finally paid a Stratton Fair Share PILOT maybe his taxes would go down on the Stockade-no?

His taxes are already suspiciously low compared to what some of my neighbors are paying. Guess what, these older cities are never going to be "revitalized" when they still keep the medieval cronyism going. That's one of the reasons people left places like Albany, but nobody talks about it. If you need to know the right people to get preferential treatment, young people with anything going for them are not going to buy into that, they will settle somewhere that is truly "open for business".
