...for switching political parties goes to Jim Longo.

No one is going to tell you that people are pissed off and don't trust the democraps, they only are going to tell you what you want to hear, and they did. Shouldn't have set your sails INTO THE WIND.

Reps strategy of not running a supervisor candidate or a full ticket, planned or not played worked out brilliantly making the election a non event and keeping turnout super low. I'm excited to see a more balanced gov't moving forward.

Only the pissed off people came out. The people sitting on the sofa collecting government checks and slurping Coors did not.

But how much help did they get from the dem office holders!? Wow, talk about every man for himself! Carney, Daggy, Viscusi, Buffi, TJ Hooker, A-JELLO???? hellooooo?  Yeah yeah, photobomber supreme Tonko stuck his face in the pictures just in time hanging out on the end there, we saw that. Big deal. How about congressional and gubernatorial staffers? Wow, do the democraps care less about their candidates or WHAT? A-jello's silence was the most deafening.

I never thought I'd say this, but good point Graham, where were the upper level Dems? They rested on their asses and thought everything would work out. Well it was a non event except for the town Reps who came out and got their guys in office. Good for them.

One thing that was apparent is that the dems had more signs on more rightofway, stuck in betwix property lines, and on businesses without their permission (they even had the lawn of St Gabe;s church covered) than ever, but FEW on real people's lawns. The GOP did very little to shake bushes like that, knowing that signs really don't vote.

They thought it was going to be a slam dunk.....well obviously except for Martin/Mcg.
Actually the reps had a pretty good showing county wide....for the most part.

The raises and the REMS issue brought the old folks out in droves...
I really think just about anyone could have brought down Buffardi this year.

Even the dem sign campaign was phoney, like their message and plan

Was "handsome" ever involved or interested in town government previously?   Can't say that she was ever seen at a town meeting before the recent campaign season.
