Geez, im, I thought I might have seen that before on this site somewhere, but I didn't look back for it because I didn't think it would be that big an issue if I made a mistake. Anyhow, the commercial showing the new store just showed up.
They are relocating to the old Marine Midland then HSBC bank building. It is actually a sign that Rotterdam is a great place to own a business since this business outgrew its mall location and, now, is buying and moving into a free standing commercial business.

HALLMARK STORE AT HANNAFORD CLOSED/GONE!!!!!
I am glad that you admit that I am correct -- Rotterdam is a GREAT place to own a business -- unfortunately, you read incorrectly (as usual) and assigned my comments about one topic (or in this case business) to another topic (or in this case business). For the record, we were speaking about Jewels and not speaking about the Hallmark store. Please try to keep the conversation straight in the future. That way you won't come across as foolish in the New Year as you have in past years.

Well, your butt's hanging out....your statement was thatRotterdam is great place to own a business...obviously not for Hallmark. Try staying on your own topic Mr. Planning Committee! Your incompetence and lack of understanding the needs of Rotterdam residents is not new for 2014...it's a carry over from your entire life!
JUST BECAUSE SISSY SAYS SO DOESN'T MAKE IT SO...BUT HE THINKS IT DOES!!!!! JUST BECAUSE MC1 SAYS SO DOESN'T MAKE IT SO!!!!!

Good for them....but that location is a bear to get in and out of.
and actually it isn't a 'new business'....just a relocation. If they bought the building, the tax base stays the same. Nothing gained in ROTTendam....but then again nothing lost either. Just stayed the same.
