WHEW!! Good thing the Code Enforcers are out making sure that houses with peeling paint and other minor exterior issues are getting ticketed. I mean, why check if a BAR has a CERTIFICATE OF USE!!! Guess after a person is KILLED, then the City will cross their t's and dot the i's.
Let's see what happens to anything on State St in the main section of downtown some time. If it's funded by the taxpayers and/or tax exempt it will never close.

Notice the one non-taxpaying downstater was up here monopolizing our police department so the citizens were receiving a lower level of service due to heavy use.
