So a law requiring a pistol permit for the "constitutional protection of life liberty to an individual" would
be ok.

A pistol permit does nothing to protect life or Liberty.  That's like saying scalpel permits protect the lives of the fetus the paid service of an abortion doctor.  It's the intentions of the doctor that violates the right to life, not the sharp tool in the doctor's hand.

Good try.

States with the Five Highest Gun Death Rates/Five Lowest Gun Death Rates

Household Gun Ownership
Gun Death Rate per 100,000
Rank     State     Household Gun Ownership
     Gun Death Rate per 100,000
1     Alaska     60.6 percent     19.59
2     Louisiana     45.6 percent     19.15
3     Alabama     57.2 percent     17.79
4     Mississippi     54.3 percent     17.55
5     Wyoming     62.8 percent     17.51

50     Hawaii     9.7 percent     2.71
49     Massachusetts     12.8 percent     3.18
48     New York     18.1 percent     4.39
47     Connecticut     16.2 percent     4.48
46     Rhode Island     13.3 percent     5.33

Actually Cicero, it's the opposite.  States with strong gun laws do protect life or Liberty.

Then why does he talk about abortion in length when his personhood bill would end abortion in the USA?

Why discuss abortion as an integral part of that legislation if it isn't involved in his bill???

Rand's "ANTI ABORTION" Personhood Bill isn't  about abortion?

Because abortion is the common word used to describe homicide of the unborn because the unborn have no legal recognition.  The unborn do not have constitutional protection in the US.  So it is refered to as aborting a pregnancy and not ending a life, because the life being aborted is not recognized or protected by the constitution..

You never seem to answer this question, although I've posted it many times.
I'll try again:
Is this a person?

Don't know.  Why not have a vote on it?  Of course I understand that with your vast knowledge, YOU definately know with 100% certainty.

Well there you have it!
Cicero doesn't know if my friend BOB is a person or not!
(Yet he is promoting a bill that would make BOB a person with all the rights of any other person)

Wow...first time I've heard box discourage the democratic process and a vote on what he is ABSOLUTELY SURE isn't a person deserving rights.

Well there you have it!  Box has lost faith in the democratic process.  All you need are 9 judges trained in law to answer the age old question of when human life begins and deserves legal protection.

Cissy knows what the Rand Paul bill actually means... It means an end to abortion by a backdoor
bill pushed through by right wingers and big bucks.
This isn't about LIBERTY or FREEDOM, it's about suppressing liberty and freedom.  And he knows it.

It means exactly how it reads. It establishes whether the unborn deserve constitutional rights. But you already know that "bob" isn't a human life deserving of a right to life. So I don't know what you lefties are afraid of.  Just vote NO on the bill.

Oh Bob IS human life... so is every skin cell, every blood cell and every fat cell, human life.
But they are NOT human beings.  Bob may be a human being someday, but as yet, they
are just a blob of cells.

Box stands with Debbie "Death" Wasserman Shultz!  She's perfectly fine with seven pound babies being killed inside the womb!

You can relax box, Debbie's gonna protect your right to kill 7 lb babies inside the womb.  I wonder what she thinks about killing 5 lb babies outside the womb.

I (mistakenly) thought that Cicero was not a Glenn Beck Fan.  I thought that Cissy had more
sense than that.
I was wrong.

Rand Paul & Glenn Beck.  They deserve each other!
Quoted Text
Rand Paul’s campaign is off to a great first week. When asked about his stance on
abortion, Paul flipped the tables and told reporters to go ask the DNC and Debbie Wasserman
Schultz how they feel about ending the life of an unborn baby. “Why don’t we ask the
DNC: Is it OK to kill a 7-pound baby in the uterus?” Paul said. “You go
back and go ask Debbie Wasserman Schultz if she’s OK with killing a 7-pound baby that’s
just not born yet. Ask her when life begins, and ask Debbie when she’s willing to protect
life. When you get an answer from Debbie, come back to me.” Glenn was impressed with
the move. “He is very smart, and he is playing this exactly right so far coming out of the
gate,” Glenn said. “listen what he did here.  He has said.  You know what, I’m tired of this
uneven playing field.  You’re not asking them about abortion.  You’re not asking them about
abortion.  You’re not asking them about evolution.  You’re not asking them any of these questions.
You’re only singling us out.  You go ask them.  And when you get her answer, you come back.
Now, that’s the first thing he did, which I think is brilliant.” “But he didn’t just say go ask anybody,”
Glenn said. “He said go ask the dumbest person in the Democratic party who happens to be
leading the DNC.”
