I'm not sure what the business owner meant about crime creeping "up" Albany Street. These people are to be commended for their effort, but look who they are trying to bring on board! If some of these tired old hacks were going to do anything for that area, assuming they even would or could, they would have done it a long, long time ago.
Rich people get shiny new buildings handed to them, and we call that an investment, and Albany Street gets idle threats.

I wish them the best of luck but until the scum of the area is out they're facing a losing battle. That garbage shown would be back in less then a week which is a real shame for those who do try to keep their properties half way decent looking.
