While the mayor and his Dem team are stealing from the poor in the city and giving to the rich, focusing on downtown and ignoring the neighborhoods, yet another stabbing, this morning, in Mt Pleasant area, Third and Orchard.
Yep, the homeowners are struggling financially, and the non-homeowner residents are poor. Once again, the census has the average HOUSEHOLD income (total of all working people in a family) at roughly $40,000, maybe it was a little less. Hardly rich. But the Dem team of the McCheese, Dagger, Death Ray, the former mayor of BS, and the Savage woman, along with the Dem majority in the respective legislatures are indeed taking from the poor and giving to the rich. Downtown is owned by filthy rich multimillionaires and the dems are the ones STEALING from the poor (homeonwers and residents) via higher taxes and giving that money to the rich downtown, building them new buildings, exempting them from paying taxes.
And the neighborhoods suffer.

But all the talk in the papers is about whether people "feel safe" downtown. I personally think that it takes either damnable nerve or utter cluelessness to pontificate about how one feels in a downtown area, knowing full well that a man with young children lies in a hospital, and a short distance away, people are contending with shootings, stabbings, home invasions, arson....
How dismissive of another person's suffering. |
