A halal fried chicken place where the KFC was. Doesn't appear to be open yet. If they are doing it on their own dime, congratulations to them, I will go out of my way to give them a try.

I will also give them a try.

Royal Fried chicken at Brandywine and Albany St has great chicken and the lowest prices.

Of course you risk your life going there after dark.

In broad daylight, as well. I do go over to those areas, and nobody ever bothers me, but the idea of stray bullets....

Too easy to cook chicken at home.  The best chicken recipe comes from North Africa.  Basically harissa and yogurt blended together -- use that to coat the chicken (pieces - breasts and thighs) -- let the coated chicken rest in the fridge for about an hour or so -- then bake it.  There are a number of variations which replace the harissa with other herbs/spices/ingredients.  Use your imagination.

Can you all believe this, the topic is about a business and whether it is opening on the taxpayer dime or their own private money.

This is not a thread about chicken recipes.   You'd think he'd open his own restaurant business if he thinks he's so good, but obviously not knowledgeable in cooking, nor in business, just like lack of knowledge about taxes.   Now eating food is another.

Back to the subject of this thread.  Yes, if this is a business opening on it's own dime and NOT on the taxpayers', then I wish them luck and perhaps we stop and check them out as well.

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."
