Bomb threat called in, police chief of course was at his home in Saratoga with his famiy.
He of course does NOT want to send his children to these schools and the mayor is just fine with that.
So the police chief has his house that he bought for $133K just about 10 yrs ago, and the house has INCREASED in value to about $220K now.
He pays just under $4,000 in taxes for it. If the house was in Schenectady he'd be paying about $9,000 pear year in taxes.
If he bought a house for $133K in Schenectady 10 years ago, it would be worth the same or less today. So house half the value and twice the taxes.
So when is the troll's buddy mayor going to make the chief move to the city?
