King Philip's city real estate listing expired - UNSOLD.  


Sorry to ruin someone's day but this is NOT a lie, it is not a distortion.


Could the lack interest by people to buy and move into the city be a reason why KP is looking for grant money allegedly for the government theater when it really might be used to pay those high taxes and owing so much money in mortgages?

Even McCheese's political crony Mary Mary couldn't sell the house.  I'd laugh if it appeared again on the city's grand bus tour later this month.  Wonder if it will be listed by a different realtor.   Or it will be listed as a "new" listing, asking price will be increased to $300,000
