Authorities say these two victims are brother and were attending a family celebration at the scene of the shooting.
The shooting took place in the backyard where family members, including children, were present.
The investigation is continuing into this homicide.

Crowds taking sides in a street fight, yeah, that would be a definition of gangs, wouldn't it? Whether or not they belong to an "official" one.
