uniforms? linens(which usually just get swapped at the place they drop off)

my bet is on uniforms...in which case the worker can't claim uniform washing on taxes....I want someone to do my
laundry.....

ALWAYS call 911....always......

Thank you, I'm sorry I took so long to respond to your answer.  I don't understand how things work in Rotterdam, who to call and stuff, it's easier in Schenectady, well I'm more familiar with the practices I guess.

R.E.M.S. is a great asset to our community.  It has provided great service over the years and saved many lives. When one does need emergency services, it is a great comfort and relief to see R.E.M.S. pull up instead of the alternative.  I hope that R.E.M.S. is serving Rotterdam for MANY, MANY years to come.

you mean how things don't work in our community - like the RPD -  protect and serve?????  who?  they like crime because it fluffs the retirement payout

don't rely on time warner security to keep you safe - you may want to visit 5 corners - if you live on the city side of town - murders and bombing near coldbrook over the past few years

Did they pay the town back the money they owe them for all the ALS calls where the money was kept by REMS? I didn't see where it was collected in the towns budget.

this is a perfect example of why consolidation wouldn't lower taxes.....even if they didn't get the contract and were
'forced' to consolidate (which will happen any way) the tax payers still don't get reimbursed or discounted....

the STAR program is just a cover for a big giant broken system much like the ACA....

they're telling me I have a new deck chair on the titanic but it looks like the same freakin' chair to me.....

Everyone fought so hard to get REMS the contract and now we still do not have one. There is no accountability without a contract and what about job security for the employees. The employees should be made aware they are still working without a contact.  Where is everyone now? Where are all the people and politicians that fought for this contract? Two of them sit on the board now and have not even mentioned it once. Villano and Larmour's whole  campaign was based on saving REMS and now not a peep. You would think they would have a vested interest in getting it signed to save face. Everyone should contact Villano and Larmour and ask why this contract was not signed right after it was awarded.

Let's all demand answers and get this resolved!
