I think there was something talked about a while back

Remember how that Fr Carlino screwed up when he sold the long ago former school on Irving St to an absentee landlord who didn't care,

Well, now the DEM teams working together have worked together to again SCREW THE TAXPAYERS, IGNORE THE NEIGHBORHOODS.

The mayor of BS screwed the city with this lame brain idea about selling the tax liens.  Now there is a MAJUOR DANGER in the city.

Check out this report.

http://cbs6albany.com/news/fea.....orn-down-10555.shtml

This is more EVIDENCE that PROVES that the dems in the city/co/plex TOALLY IGNORE the residents, the taxpayers, the homeowners of the city, all in favor of their precious downtown.

Someone is posting that Proctors is so grand, brings in so many millions of dollars, but it's funny, but look at the conditions of the neighborhoods.   Look at this story, look at what those people have to put up with over there.

Hundreds of millions of TAXPAYER dollars going to downtown, what WHY do residents have to put up with stuff like this?

Just want to see someone produce EVIDENCE that shows life is as wonderful for the financially struggling taxpayer residents of the city living IN the neighborhoods as life is for the millionaire political cronies of the DEMS.

REST ASSURED, no one will produce any EVIDENCE on what the taxpayers are getting in return for their money, for the quality of life in their neighborhoods--at least NO EVIDENCE of a POSITIVE RETURN on the "investment.".

And again, there is money for downtown but not for going after this building, which Fr Carlino screwed by not checking into the company that bought it, and then by the city EXCLUSIVELY UNDER DEM LEADERSHIP since 2007 have screwed the residents of that street!

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

Bet it is a stolen car.

I got an idea.  Sell it Galesi for a $1 then they can ask for a  million or so of those dollars so they to build nice luxury apartments to add to all the other money they steal from the taxpayers and make a profit on.

No, no, no.

They will sell it to Galesi, give him a million dollar grant to build a new DMV office and then the
county can pay rent to their lord forever.

Remember when the building downtown next to a bar mysteriously caught fire, and the city babysat the "dangerous" building the next day so the bar could have a party, and then tore down the building the next day without bothering to find out why there was a fire (potential crime scene destroyed) and threw in another perfectly sound building for good measure it wouldn't be in the way of a handy parking lot on a main street corner in a historic area?
