SCHENECTADY, N.Y. -- Police are investigating the discovery of a dead body on Jay Street in Schenectady.
The mayor tells us it appears the body has been there for a while.
Police have not released any other details and have not said whether the death appears to be suspicious.

I would think that the mayor would like to find that there are lots of bodies on Jay St.
Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent. Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
