Troopers Arrest Rotterdam Man for Rape

PRESS RELEASE
          
        State Police Princetown arrested Gary J. Bottomley, 42, 1080 Outer Dr. Rotterdam, NY for two counts of Rape 2nd (D-felony) and one count of Criminal Sexual Act 2nd (D-Felony) for having sexual relations with a thirteen year old female. Bottomley was arraigned in the Town of Duanesburg Court by T/J Camille Siano-Enders and was remanded to the Schenectady County Jail in lieu of $15000cash/$30000 bond bail. The investigation is continuing with the assistance of the Schenectady County District Attorney's Office.
