BECAUSE THEY HAD TO WITH FEAR OF PENALTY....that's not fu(king choice...if you think it is then you are a sorry excuse for a former soldier who fought for some kind of arbitrary freedom based on your handlers choices.

The wrong people are signing up for Obamacare, they need people with money to pay for those who are signing up for Medicaid and they are not signing up and you know it. The poor and those with severe health problems are signing up for Obamacare but not the young healthy people to pay for it.
Damn those poor people and those people with health problems... Um... isn't that who ObamaCare was supposed to help? People with out health insurance and those with pre existing conditions who couldn't buy health insurance at any price?

Where is the proof? HUH! Why not FOIL the information if you want to know so badly?
A criminal with a violent past carrying a illegal gun with high capacity magazine... He was just out for a walk and decided to pack his illegal gun to show his buddies!
So you admit there is no proof any real crime was taking place, no victim no crime.
"In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man, brave, hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a Patriot."
So you admit there is no proof any real crime was taking place, no victim no crime.
Really???
When Did I "Admit" That???
Again...

Out of all those pics, only the 'black hole' and 'wrath of God' would destroy the planet.
All those others would not destroy the planet, might decimate life here for a little while (Asteroids, GRB have occurred before...I don't recall ever hearing about life being affected by a solar flare), but certainly not destroy the planet.

A Florida man who had previously been declared “criminally insane” was arrested last week when he was stopped in a van with an arsenal including dozens of weapons and thousands of rounds of ammunition.
According to the Tampa Bay Times, 58-year-old David Harris Dunaway was stopped for speeding when deputies discovered that he was already wanted by a federal authorities. Dunaway had been indicted by a grand jury in Tampa on Dec. 18 for claiming he had a pistol and 50 rounds of ammunition.
Dunaway’s medical history made it illegal for him to own firearms.
During the search of Dunaway’s green Honda van on Saturday, deputies discovered 36 guns and 4,629 rounds of ammunition.
He told the officers that he had been driving to the flea market in Waldo to sell “some” of his arsenal.

Consequences
When a party successfully defends criminal charges on a ground of insanity, the consequences vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Usually, the defendant is committed to a mental institution. On the average, a defendant found not guilty by reason of insanity and committed to a mental institution is confined for twice as long as is a defendant who is found guilty and sent to prison. Very few acquitted insanity defendants are given supervised release, and even fewer are released directly following their verdict.
The detention of an insanity acquittee is limited by law. The acquittee must be allowed periodic review in the mental institution, to determine whether continued treatment is necessary. In addition, a hospital facility may not hold an insanity acquittee indefinitely merely because the acquittee has an antisocial personality (Foucha v. Louisiana, 504 U.S. 71, 112 S. Ct. 1780, 118 L. Ed. 2d 437 [1992]).
The procedural framework in Massachusetts illustrates the consequences that come with the insanity defense. Under chapter 123, section 16, of the Massachusetts General Laws Annotated, the court may order a person found not guilty by reason of insanity (an insanity acquittee) to be hospitalized for 40 days for observation and examination. During this period, the district attorney or the superintendent of the mental hospital may petition the court to have the insanity acquittee committed to the hospital. If the judge orders the commitment, the acquittee is placed in the hospital for six months.
After the first six months have expired, the commitment is reviewed again, and then once a year thereafter. If the superintendent of the mental health facility moves to discharge the acquittee, the district attorney must respond with any objections within 30 days of notice from the superintendent. The mental health facility is authorized to restrict the movement of criminal defendants and insanity acquittees, so a commitment is tantamount to incarceration.

Mendon, N.Y. - A man accidentally fired a gun inside a busy restaurant, shooting himself and grazing a friend Saturday afternoon. "He had the gun is his pocket and I don't know how he shot himself but the gun went off," said Ellen Smith, who was inside when it happened. "He shot himself through his hand and his thigh and the bullet went through his leg and shot his friend's foot." According to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, John Cassatta took out the handgun to show his friends when he fired it by accident. "He kept saying 'I have a permit, I have a permit,'" said Smith. "Well, if you have a permit to carry a concealed weapon, you need to do so responsibly." Smith ran over to help Cassatta, who quickly went into shock. "His face turned grey, there was blood everywhere and there was no way of easily cleaning this up, it was a very serious injury."
Cassatta and his friend were both treated and released from the hospital and according to the sheriff's office, no charges have been filed.
"I don't know what people are thinking when they carry a pistol into a family restaurant," Smith said. "There was a family right next to him with a small baby, maybe two months old and a toddler."

having a permit because you are a 'law abiding' citizen doesn't remove the human 'oops'.....it's like that stupid tag on electrical crap to warn of the lethal combination of electricity and water....
THIS IS HOW FAR WE HAVE COME BABY...
trained like circus animals to let handlers think for us/warn us/scare us etc etc etc......
just because something is illegal doesn't make it wrong just because something isn't illegal doesn't make it right
the longer we allow someone/thing else think for each generation THE MORE WE LOSE...

~500 lawful citizens in 2012 made felons in 2014 - they did want those citizens voting anyways
those who chose to limit the constitution are no different than those our forefathers chose to separate themselves from
Put a bunch of sociopaths and psychopaths in a room and empower them to rule over you, and they can turn anybody into a criminal with a stroke of a pen.
In all of upstate NY 114 people were charged with felonies under the SAFE ACT. Just 114 in cities like Albany, Schenectady, Buffalo... cities with high crime rates and yet only 114 Upstate New Yorkers were charged. Since the vast majority of these felons are in NYC, (most in Brooklyn and the Bronx), that means that just over 1 felon per county in NY State were apprehended with illegal guns.
FROM THE 11,000,000 UPSTATE, AND LONG ISLAND RESIDENTS, THERE IS A TOTAL OF 114 ARRESTS FOR ILLEGAL GUNS!
