Anyone who thinks Schenectady is in this grand renaissance and is so greatly improving would have already bought a house in the city because the rates were low, to save a ton of money.
Guess this proves there is no renaissance because those shaking the pom poms the most are avoiding purchasing a house in the city, that must mean they acknowledge the evidence we provide that proves the city is failing and that they will lose money even with low mortgage rates.

Will be interesting to watch over the next X number of months to see what McC's realty business winds up with. I wonder if the rates on these taxpayer-subsidized mortgages will increase as well. Must start watching the numbers. I think those rates are on conventional, but what will the FHA do.

let's not downplay cheerleaders.......they root to win.......let's try a different word to describe "who are these people"....know a lot of cheerloaders ....and they are great for morale and getting the crowd to be enthusiastic ...
