Well I went done to the post office lobby app. 6:30 this morning and there was only one city car outside city hall, the rest were not there.

I know during the day they are all around the building.

My son said they must drive them home?

The parking lot for City Hall employees is across from the old St. John the Baptist school building on the corner of Broadway and Liberty Streets.  That is where the city cars would be parked at night or when not in use, and NOT next to City Hall itself.
