A Poem In Defense Of Breastfeeding In Public.

Did you actually make it through the video? As hard as I tried I couldn't, boring topic, crappy poem, British accent, that's 3 strikes in my book

No one made you watch the video... no one made you reply.  I understand that you are only
interested in things that impact your world personally and disregard the rest.

So you're interested in the issue of public breastfeeding, is this really a issue worthy of discussion to you?

If it's not worth discussing for you, then why are you discussing it???
I assume that you didn't watch the entire video... or maybe you did and just don't care.

Look up the Nestle Infant Formula controversy and you may understand.
Briefly,
Nestle infant formula was marketed in the third world as a superior product in place of breastfeeding babies.
Many poor uneducated women would buy formula because it was marketed as what American women
do to keep their babies healthy.  Women without enough money to buy food for their family were convinced
to buy formula to keep their babies healthy, when the opposite is true... especially in the third world where
water is often not safe to drink.  Babies on breast milk would have had no health problems until put on
infant formula (and tainted water), developed diarrhea and often died.

I do understand that the righties on this board only value babies (fetus) before birth... once
born, they have no value at all.

men can opt out of this discussion......it's for motherhood .....and women....don't need input from women bashers......or whatever you want to be called.

in defense of  men......well...those that step into the birth/delivery room......they are brave souls who respect motherhood....and all that goes along with it...God bless us men.

Only the Bond movies with Timothy Dalton and Pierce Brosnan were boring and stupid.

Connery was great because he was a 'ahead of his time' action hero. Moore was just so damn smooth. Daniel Craig is just plain awesome as the new 'modern outlaw' Bond.
