I was in Ft Plain on Friday... What a mess. The Mohawk is high but that isn't the problem... it's the smaller stream that runs through town that is causing all the damage. When we saw all the mud I pictured a muddy stream running through town. The reality was more like a white water kayak rapids crashing through. Some of the buildings had mud lines 5 feet up the walls.
