They did nothing for 6 months except go to parties, find ways to make life more miserable in New York and gave Speaker Silver a "good old boy" pat on the back for aiding and abetting a sexually predatory member of his party's conference in the Assembly.   Oh and don't forget, they mysteriously took out the paragraph banning campaign contributions from the casino industry so that they can line their campaign war chests between now and the November vote on the Gambling proposition.

The New York State Legislature is a joke .... worse than broken.     The good news is that they are out of Albany for 6 months and won't be passing any more crazy laws or foolish spending bills for a few months.  The bad news is that they are now loose on the streets back home -- shaking folks down for campaign contributions.
