The video says it's POSSIBLE... that's it.  No evidence, no smoking gun... no nuttin other than IT'S POSSIBLE TO
REMOTELY CONTROL A CAR.

It's possible that a CIA drone was targeting the car and the driver was doing 100mph to escape the drone.
Possible... just like the remotely controlled car.

It's possible that the driver was drunk and speeding at 100mph having a good ole time, and wrecked his car...
It's POSSIBLE.  Possible... just like the remotely controlled car.

It's possible that the driver had some type of seizure, or was drugged and passed out and crashed his car.
It's POSSIBLE. Possible... just like the remotely controlled car.

(And this one is only for Bumbler
It's possible (in your world) that a UFO seized control of the car and crashed it on purpose... Just as POSSIBLE
as many of your Conspiracy theory posts!

Can you do toxicology assessment on a body that is so badly burned?
Was an autopsy done, and can the results show drugs or alcohol in a badly burned body?
Was the 'black box' recoverable or useable after the crash?
Was the body in the car actually Hastings???

Lots of things are POSSIBLE.  I would prefer the FACTS before drawing any conclusions.

Just watched the first video with the man who witnessed the incident sounds like he said the car was on fire first spun and then hit the tree? about 3:46 in the video.  Maybe the gas tank hitting something from underneath?

(At 2:16) the witness said that the car came across "deeper potholes", he lost control and fishtailed.
Sounds like the sparks were from the car bottoming out and hitting the pavement.  Which was consistent
with what he said in broken English at the time of the accident.
The driver then lost control and hit the palm tree and the car burst into flames.
In a wreck that happened with such force to throw the engine far from the rest of the car,
it's not surprising that the gas tank would be ruptured in the wreck.

OR...

Aliens in UFO's took control of his car and made it crash!

Sounds like Cic votes for the UFO option.

I heard exactly what the witness said.  He saw the car bottom out, lose control and hit a tree at
a very high rate of speed.

Nothing the witness said would lead me to believe that the accident was anything more than that...
an accident, likely caused by excessive speed.

If you have any other FACTS that might shed some light on this incident... please share.

In listening to what his friend said on Fox he usually drove like "an old  lady"   Wonder why he would be going at such a high speed? Could be a problem
with the car itself, maybe a malfunction?

Yes.  A stuck accelerator, although extremely rare is a possibility.  If they weren't destroyed in the
wreck, the accelerator linkage might show a flaw or tampering.
The black box on many cars could give a great deal of info on this wreck if it wasn't destroyed in the fire.

There was recently a case of a teen on an interstate with a car going full speed and he couldn't shut
off the car.  He tried putting the car in neutral,  turning off the key, but the car kept going and finally
wrecked. (See link below)

I was driving my SILs' truck one day after picking my grandson up at school , only a few blocks from their home. I drive slow also, all of a sudden the
truck lurched forward and started to speed, somehow I kept my cool slowly hit the brake and did get it to stop, but scared the shi* out of me.

Told my SIL he had to have it looked at, truck reminds me of Stephen Kings "Christine"

LOL @ Christine!

I had a Ford a while back that when I stopped at a light, it started speeding up.  The problem was a
Throttle Control Sensor.

Anyone with brains would know that if your vehicle accelerates out of control, you place it in NEUTRAL.

If you can't get it into NEUTRAL, then you shut the vehicle off and apply brakes.

If both of these don't work, THEN you might have a case that someone is trying to kill you.

There is no conspiracy here.....Dude was going 100+ mph in his smokin' hot sports car, bounced a pothole and lost it into a tree.
