The repair shop (vacuum cleaners, etc) on the corner of State and McClellan.

Went past there this morning, business is open but building is for sale (the business owns the building).

Will they close up when, no, IF, the building EVER sells?

Another small LOCAL long time business paying their own taxes PLUS the taxes of Galesi and the rest of the rich cronies of the city dems.

The "renaissance mayor" claims it will sell for $210,000, but it's been listed for well over 7 ir 8 months now and the asking price now down to $167,000.

Wonder if the "renaissance man" can explain why it's not selling for what his renaissance mayor claims it will sell for. (Nah, total silence)

Wonder WHY it's for sale.   Hope it's just the property and that the business will be opening somewhere else, we've had good service from them.

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
