So who is being forced???

Everybody...It is an Obamacare regulation.  Insurance companies are forced to offer "preventative care" services. Whether you use it or not.  Don't you remember the whole contraception debate?  A women that already went through menopause has to have that birth control coverage, it's mandated.

Wow!  A senders 10 post!

did you learn anything?

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

Do  you remember a long time ago, before they passed a law that requires you to wear your seat belt when driving ? did you wear yours anyhow ? does it make you mad that there is a law requiring you to wear a seat belt while driving your car ?
also just wondering if you have car inurance now ? Did you have car insurance before it was the law ? Does it bother you that there is a law that requires you to have insurance on your car ?

Do you pay car insurance if you don't have a car?  How bout this, here is a better analogy, do you pay premiums to insure a tractor trailer when you drive a compact car?

I get your point.  So you agree that you are property and the government can treat you as such.

I had hoped that Cissy had finally buried his Straw Man theme...
I guess he was just giving the Straw Man Argument a rest.

Cicero never posts FACTS, he prefers his OPINION (which is sadly lacking!).
For Example, take this Cicero OPINION:
"A women that already went through menopause has to have that birth control
coverage, it's mandated"

(Conservatives seem to get their knowldge of woman's bodies from a comic book!   )

Quoted Text
Menopause drastically changes a woman’s body. When menopause occurs,
a woman no longer gets a monthly menstrual period. This is because the hormones
that trigger ovulation and pregnancy are not longer as strong in the body as they
were when the woman was twenty years younger. Estrogen and progesterone will
drop, and this will cause the body to no longer have the ability to get pregnant.
But since the process of menopause takes anywhere from five to ten years to
complete, this is an awkward time in a woman’s life. She will still have a chance
of getting pregnant
.

With menopause, the hormone levels will drop, but there are times when they
will spike during the course of the change. At this time, a woman’s body can be
able to still conceive a child, giving into the fact that a woman can get pregnant
during or what they think is after menopause.

A girl  by the name of Kathy, from Social Security, called me today. She told me that I will be covered by Medicare starting December 1 because I will be turning 65 in December. She told me that I had to purchase a supplement with Rx coverage by December 1 also. She told me that Medicare pays 80% and that the supplement would pay 20%. I did ask her why I couldn't stay with my employer provided insurance. She told me that since Medicare already covers anyone 65 years old, the insurance companies and the government agreed that Medicare would cover them. She did confirm that this is only for businesses with 20 employees or less.

To divert, of course.

I'm not dead wrong.  A women is forced to purchase coverage they do not need or don't want.  That is a FACT.

Cissy would rather that the rest of us (Not Cicero but everyone else) should be FORCED to pay for
those who don't buy health care insurance then they show up at the ER and demand to be treated.

The fact remains, Cicero was wrong about women not needing contraceptive or maternity coverage
after menopause.
(I wonder if Cicero would pay for her abortion or her maternity bills.)
