The findings: 46% oppose Obamacare while just 37% oppose the ACA. The real findings: only 37% of those questioned know what the Affordable Care Act is. |

Um... If you follow history... those Pro Jim Crow "Conservative Democrats" or DixiCrats as they were known then, Have all left the Democrat party and joined the Republican party, starting in the 60's after the Democrats passed the Civil Rights acts. (the reason that the South is solid Red Racist Republican today) Yesterday's Democrat bigots are today's Republican bigots. Racism is the same, only the party has changed. |

But the "we" of that time, the Supreme Court Justices, decided Jim Crow Laws were legal. So the "we" federal goverement gave their stamp of approval. And the Supreme Court is ALWAYS right. |

Wow! Now Cicero is claiming that, in his own words: the Supreme Court is ALWAYS right. Was it right when it upheld slavery? or When it excluded blacks and women from voting? Thank god we have progressed since those day... just as today the "WE" is changing the laws about gay marriage, abortion and universal health care. |

Yes, and we will progress past the days of the legal extortion of money from the citizens to give to the insurance industry, enslaving the people and a percentage of their labor through insurance premiums to corporations. And in 100 years, historians will look back at this time in history as when the government of the United States enslaved its entire population to corporate interest - banks, insurance companies, and pharmaceutical companies. And box will stand proud and say 'I fought hard to convince my fellow Americans to accept their enslavement'. |

If the ACA is the law of the land, why aren't these people speaking out against the President, as he keeps granting exceptions to, changing, or delaying, any parts he personally doesn't like? Where in the Constitution is the power to disregard laws he had passed granted to the President and not members of Congress? If the law is so great, why don't the people who passed it want any part of it? Is it the law of the land, or isn't it? |

So was prohibition back in 1919....So much so that the 18th amendment was added to the Constitution. It was the law of the land! People had to get over it! How did that work out again? |

Honeslty....nobody really gives a sh!t anymore!! Obviously the sheople will fall for ANYTHING.....and we can count on them to do it over and over and over again!!! The rest of the 'informed', 'educated', 'independent minded' folks.....know the SCAM for what it is and are making their own provisions! The affordable care act is for the stupid sheople that go to the emergency room for a 'sniffle' and CHOOSE to carry no health insurance....or the ones that do carry health insurance/have a private doctor and STILL go to the emergency room for for a 'sniffle'. If these sheople CHOOSE NOT TO CARRY health insurance....the big bad government will slap a FINE on them. Scary to say the least!!! |

The bolded part is incorrect. What the Supreme Court did is determine that the ObamaCare requirement and/or penalties are taxes, even though, Obama and the Democrats said they weren't taxes. http://abcnews.go.com/Politics.....ax/story?id=16669186Lucky the SCOTUS disagreed with the Obama admin, otherwise the individual mandate would have been struck down. |
