This should have an interesting impact on Obamacare: Ohio, Illinois and Iowa are among the states trying to offload the rising costs of health care – which include mental health programs – by enrolling inmates into a new expanded Medicaid program when they get sick.

Obamacare Will Cost Less Than Projected, Cover 12 Million Uninsured People This Year
The Congressional Budget Office has released updated estimates on the Affordable Care Act's impact on both the budget and the health insurance industry. The findings show that the president's signature health care law is actually growing cheaper to implement, costing the government $5 billion less in 2014 than was previously projected. The law also is projected to cover more individuals than previously believed, owing, in part, to some broader workforce trends.

“Americans gained jobs at the fastest pace in more than two years last month and the jobless rate plunged, a sign the economy has rebounded from a winter rut.”
“Nonfarm employment grew a seasonally adjusted 288,000 last month, the Labor Department said. That marked the best month of job creation since January 2012 and the second-best month since the economy emerged from recession in mid-2009. The jobless rate fell to 6.3% from 6.7%, hitting the lowest level since September 2008.” (Wall Street Journal)

Yeah, thanks.. "The bureau noted that the civilian labor force dropped by 806,000 last month, following an increase of 503,000 in March." No wonder the unemployment rate dropped
“The labor force participation rate fell by 0.4 percentage point to 62.8 percent in April. The participation rate has shown no clear trend in recent months and currently is the same as it was this past October. The employment-population ratio showed no change over the month (58.9 percent) and has changed little over the year,”
The 62.8% workforce participation rate is the lowest since October 1978

The report didn't include this data but it's been previously reported that one of the benefits of ObamaCare is that many Americans who are stuck in jobs only to provide Health Care Benefits, can now leave and do other things. Many were predicted to form their own startups. Others to care for their grandkids, or elderly parents. I know of one such case personally. They are no longer "employed" but are instead, an "employer".
