It's funnier watching you try to defend Obama nullifying a law and trying to describe it as lawful. You've mocked republicans that tried to LAWFULLY repeal the ACA and try to LAWFULLY delay the individual mandate. Now you are supporting these same acts when done unlawfully by the president. It shows you have amazing loyalty to your leader, and really could care less about government, laws, and order. You are fine with lawlessness, as long as it is by somebody that you identify with ideologically.
Again cicero... why is this any concern of yours? Obama is on YOUR SIDE. THE SIDE OF ANTI GOVT! OR... He is implementing the law in stages as allowed by law. When Congress VOTED to repeal DADT, the president implemented that legislation in stages once a plan was worked out with the joint chiefs as to the best way of achieving the intent of the law. It wasn't done in one day... but instead it was done after planning and agreement by those who would be tasked in carrying out the law. Be patient grasshopper... ObamaCare is on it's way! |

Nope, the law clearly says by 2014 insurance plans are mandated specific coverage, like contraception. |

If Obama is "LAWLESS GOVT" then he is on your anarchists side! I don't understand your complaint... Obama is siding with you and you now turn on him! |

No, anarchy is absence of ruler. Not one ruler ruling by decree. Man box, you don't understand that yet? Dictatorship isn't anarchy. |

So your problem is that a President that you don't recognize as legitimate, is not enforcing laws that you consider to be unnecessary... And your problem with this is???? |

I have been wondering, in all this, how many people will actually be insured when they realize that they are going to have to pay every month for their insurance, even with the subsidy? And what provisions were being made to address the issue? After all, you can sign up for all kinds of services, but are you really "covered" if you don't pay? Well, I now have my answer, in part. If you stop paying your premiums, your insurer has to give you a 90 day "grace period" to settle up. Okay, what about the person who signs up, pays for a month or two, but then runs up all kinds of bills and quits paying? The insurer was responsible for the three months worth. However, that has now been changed, because this thing has been SO WELL PLANNED, the rule has changed and now the insurer is only responsible for the first thirty days. The doctors and hospitals who may have treated you in the second or third month of the grace period will be responsible for collecting payment for that treatment. Who could have foreseen that problem? In THREE YEARS? Oh look! There are protestors at Walmart! There's INCOME INEQUALITY! Everybody pay attention to THAT! |

Why would I support the arbitrary rules decided by 1 person over 535? He is still enforcing the 1000's of other arbitrary laws as he wishes. No...my philosophy doesn't fit a dictatorships. If he dissolved the Department of HHS, he might get my support. I do support his actions as a naked dictator, just for the fact it will open the eyes of more people to the authoritarian government we live under. That's a good thing. |

Yes , I would support anybody that dissolves any federal department. You let me know when Barry starts putting the shutters up on the Department of HHS. I would even support a Democrat that does it. Look me up when it happens, I'll take you out for a beer, on me!LOL |

Quoted Text
The mission of the Department of Health and Human Services is to help provide the building blocks that Americans need to live healthy, successful lives. We fulfill that mission every day by providing millions of children, families, and seniors with access to high-quality health care, by helping people find jobs and parents find affordable child care, by keeping the food on Americans’ shelves safe and infectious diseases at bay, and by pushing the boundaries of how we diagnose and treat disease.
Cicero would rejoice and even spend a dollar of HIS OWN MONEY if a dept of the US Govt who helps the needy were to shut down. What a guy!!! |

You spent a year telling everybody how horrible our healthcare system is. The Department of HHS is been around since 1953(formally Department of Health, Education, and Welfare) yet it did such a horrible job up to 2009 according to you. Go figure. |

Remember Health Care reform under Ike? or Johnson? or Nixon? or Daddy Bush? and especially remember Health Care Reform under Bill & Hillary? They were inches away from a plan 20 years ago, that was killed by the Right Wing of the GOP. Just like today, the Right Wing plan hasn't changed from the 50's... If you're sick and don't have any money... just go somewhere (preferably somewhere far from me) and die! |

The psychotic left wing of today Everybody will eventually get sick and die, so let's figure out a way to force them to buy insurance from our corporate cronies while they are healthy, so even if they want to get sick and die, we can get as much money out of them while they were alive and well. |
