→Democrats Want People on “No Fly List” to Lose Gun Rights Without Due Process Posted on May 3, 2013 by Admin Help the Sheeple – by The Eye is Watching
According to an article on NPR, several anti gun politicians and groups want people whose names appear on the “no fly” list and terrorism watch list to be banned from purchasing guns.
This sounds good on the surface, right? Keep weapons out of the hands of terrorists? However, this becomes problematic when you realize that those lists are secret, no one knows how you get on them, there is no way to get off of them, and you can be added to them without even the slightest bit of evidence of any wrong doing.

BUMBLER SUPPORTS GUNS FOR TERRORISTS! No surprise there!

So you are ok with guilty until proven innocent?
"In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man, brave, hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a Patriot."
Guilty of what? Pass a background check and buy a gun. It's that simple... Unless... Unless you are a Terrorist, domestic or foreign, who knows that you couldn't pass a background check.

The "no fly list" has a number of problems -- some people are wrongly put on the list ( I seem to remember that a certain liberal member of the United States Congress was wrongly placed on the no fly list about 10 years ago and kept/delayed from boarding an air plane as a result) and, obviously, the Federal government has a lot of trouble keeping track of these lists as proved by the fact that they didn't catch that Scumbag #1 in the Boston Bombing left the country for over 6 months ( a violation of his visa) and should therefore have not been allowed back in the country after his terror-bombing training trip to Asia.
Finally- if Obama is so worried about guns falling into the hands of criminals how come he allowed his Justice Department to sell weapons to Mexican drug dealers ??????????????????????????? And why has he been covering up the whole Fast and Furious Scandal ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????

DVOR continues long after the issue has died.

If someone in the government SUSPECTS you of being a terrorist you will not be able to buy a gun. This has nothing to do with background checks, the list is made without trials or the right to defend yourself against such accusations. You don't see a problem with that? What would you say if you went to buy a hunting rifle and were denied because you were a veteran, remember veterans were considered ones to watch.

Very interesting considering that:

In March 2007, the family was granted legal permanent residence and settled in Massachusetts. Tamerlan lived in Cambridge on Norfolk Street until his death. Anzor and Zubeidat Tsarnaev both received welfare benefits.
and that

A United States Permanent Resident Card (USCIS Form I-551), formerly Alien Registration Card or Alien Registration Receipt Card (INS Form I-151), is an identification card attesting to the permanent resident status of an alien in the United States. It is known informally as a green card because it had been green in color from 1946 until 1964, and it has reverted to that color since May 2010.
so, using that information, I believe he was out of the US for 6mths or so, and according to green card rules for overseas travel, he was not in violation:

Green card holders are permitted to travel internationally, but United States Citizenship and Immigration Services keeps an eye on how long permanent residents are out of the country — and these regulations have become stricter. Green card holders cannot travel outside of the US for more than one year without a reentry permit.
JUST BECAUSE SISSY SAYS SO DOESN'T MAKE IT SO...BUT HE THINKS IT DOES!!!!! JUST BECAUSE MC1 SAYS SO DOESN'T MAKE IT SO!!!!!

Yadda yadda yadda. Henry, you keep posting your OPINION as if it were actual FACTS. I know, I know, you hate it when that happens but most of the time that I check your FACTS, it turns out to be YOUR OPINION and your OPINION... well it sucks!
See above for Henry's OPINION. See below for the Actual FACTS:

There is a redress process that can get you downgraded or removed from the watch list. Just contact the relevant federal agency and file a redress complaint. For example, if you're having trouble at the airport, contact the Transportation Security Administration and complete the paperwork for their Department of Homeland Security redress program. Then, the information will be passed along to the TSC's Redress Unit that evaluates any necessary changes. From January 2005 to February 2007, 35 percent of people who complained were kept on the list, while 45 percent were either granted a lowered security level or removal from the list [source: U.S. Department of Justice]. To get through the process, you'll also need some patience because the average wait time for resolving a complaint is 67 days
See Henry FACTS! You should try em sometime!

Box you don't get it, you are being punished before being found guilty of anything. Now people have to prove their innocence not the government proving guilt. And what do you expect people to do go to the airport and fill out paperwork to buy a gun, give me a break.

No one is deemed 'guilty'. No one is ruled 'innocent'. If you are on the terrorist list, you shouldn't get a gun. If you are on the list by MISTAKE... THEN IT'S A MISTAKE... just like any other mistake, not guilty... or innocent.

If you are being denied a natural right without being found guilty of anything then there is a problem. Even a dumb sh*t like you I would have expected to at least protect due process.

This is why many are creating guns for the new generation, no background checks, no serial numbers, no politician knowing what you have. People see what idiots like box are trying and it won't work no matter how hard they try.
The Liberator
** Except for the firing pin and barrel, it's all printed polymer. Looks aside, the point is the proof of concept. To that end, it's a success:
All sixteen pieces of the Liberator prototype were printed in ABS plastic with a Dimension SST printer from 3D printing company Stratasys, with the exception of a single nail that’s used as a firing pin. The gun is designed to fire standard handgun rounds, using interchangeable barrels for different calibers of ammunition.

The issue hasn't died. Of course, you and your liberal wing nut friends ONLY WISH THE ISSUE WAS DEAD... just like you wish that people would just forget about Obama's attacks on religious liberty, Obama's bungling of the Benghazi incident which ended up with 4 Americans dead and all the other failures and overreaches of this administration.
