Is this article real or just another of you photoshop jobs?
I included my source at the top of my post. The article came from a book that was printed to celebrate our nation's bicentennial. It's hard to find, but full of great history of the town of Rotterdam. The book is out of print. I'm not sure if there's a copy in the library or not. It might be available on Ebay or Amazon. When I get a chance I'll scan the rest of the article. I don't use Photoshop, it's too expensive and there are far better and cheaper alternatives. If someone tells you they use Photoshop on their home computer than they probably had an extra $600 or so laying around to blow on the software, or they own an illegal copy downloaded from an illegal site like Demonoid or something similar. I either use open source software which is free or save up and buy it. As to my skill in using graphics programs, I'm afraid I'm not very good at it, so I'm not sure what you're referring to. HTH BTW if you want to verify the info give the town historian a call. I'm sure he'd be happy to talk to you. |
