Nothing unusual about this and reinvestment could have ben done at new facility, too. All businesses must reinvest at some point or face stiffer tax penalties. not sayin' it's a bad thing...........just saying that's what businesses do! YUP

I'm sure that there are plenty of people in Schenectady more than willing to give up there over taxed valueless property for a subsidized and tax exempt new one. But those deals are only offered to the friends and family of the fascist county government.

It doesn't take a brilliant business mind to scam subsidies and exemptions on the backs of the taxpayer.
You couldn't run a Kool Aid stand without scamming the money in advance from the taxpayer to open it. Then make sure your competition doesn't get the same breaks, making it impossible to compete.
