Many years ago Russia said that we will overthrow the USA from within their own country.

Who is this "we" she is talking about? "We" have always considered that children belong to their parents? "We" don't "invest" enough (spend enough) oneducation? The notion that parents aren't responsible for their own kids has been around for decades. I'm beginning to think the push for "marriage equality" is in reality a cover for promoting an agenda where a person doesn't have parents. Notice the push to put unrelated people on birth certificates, or multiple parents.
In the former Soviet Union, where "everybody" was responsible for children, there were all those "orphans" languishing in "orphanages" despite the fact that they had living parents.

I think what is really behind ads like that is racism. That's why they put a pretty black woman in them. What they really mean is we don't know what todo with all these kids not doing well in places like Schenectady and we don't believe that their own families could ever, under any circumstances, raise their own kids right so other, better people have to step in and be responsible. That's racist.

I guess that 50% of all property taxes, plus 20% of state taxes just aren't enough to educate a child properly.

Let's spend 2 million per child instead of just the current 1 million.

I don't see it as a race issue. I see it as a brainwashing indoctrination issue of installing government
approved moral values in your defective parent-ally installed morals value child.

I guess it's true, it takes a village(and 2 million dollars) to raise a mindless obedient idiot child.

P.S.: All our orphanages are called jails and prisons.

I get so sick of those propaganda pieces telling people how they are supposed to think and feel. It disgusts me that anyone considering herself or himself a journalist takes part in such outrageous advancement of a sick agenda. The fact that she's wrong, what she's saying isn't true, it doesn't work, in reality, the thought to question that never enters her pretty little head.

Many parents abdicate most of their responsibility to the state now.  The state already feeds, clothes, provides shelter, and indoctrinates many children already.  Poverty and individual irresponsibility is the friend of the totalitarian state.
