1. any individual of the genus Homo, especially a member of the species Homo sapiens. 2. a person, especially as distinguished from other animals or as representing the human species 3. a member of any of the races of Homo sapiens; person; man, woman, or child
Human Fetus: 1. The unborn child from the start of the ninth week after conception to the time of birth.
Embryo 1. the young of a viviparous animal, especially of a mammal, in the early stages of development within the womb, in humans up to the end of the second month. 2. any multicellular animal in a developmental stage preceding birth or hatching.
It's really not that difficult to understand, for those who are actually interested in understanding.
You sound just like the supporters of Slavery and. later. of Jim Crow laws and apartheid who had defined people of color as "less than human" or some of the pro-Hitler Nazis who defined Jews as "less than human."
Bottom line --- the fetus is a human being and NO HUMAN BEING HAS THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO KILL ANOTHER HUMAN BEING. The FACT is that the left wing-nuts have tried to claim for years that women have a constitutional right to abortion -- that they have the constitutional right to take another human life. It is a stupid argument -- and I don't care if some politician with a Harvard diploma says it is otherwise -- the FACT is that it is a human life inside the mother's womb. The fact is that abortion is killing that human life. The fact is that our Constitution was written to protect the rights of all humans and the most important right was the right not to have your Consitutional rights taken away without due process. Where is due process for the baby? Who speaking for the defenseless, powerless baby? The liberal gibberish from the likes of Pelosi, Kennedy, Tonko and Cuomo is that they are defending the powerless and the poor --- that is utter bull sh*t. They couldn't give a damn about the unborn baby in the womb. The unborn baby in the womb can't write a check to the next political fundraiser or cast a vote in the next election. So, they let the unborn baby in the womb be sucked out .. vacuumed out .. obliterated .. destroyed. Hubert Humphrey said it well -- the test of a society is how it takes care of its weakest, most defenseless members. John and Robert Kennedy opposed abortion-- and so did Lyndon Johnson. Be a real Democrat and a real American and defend the human rights of the unborn. Abortion is evil. Abortion is wrong. Abortion should be limited, reduced and stopped. There is no good argument to support unlimited access to abortion. You can talk all you want about protecting the weak and the defenseless but if you let babies be killed in the womb than all you are doing is flapping your gums.

No where in my post did I state that a fetus is "less than human". Clearly labeled in my definition is: "Human Fetus"

Killing a defenseless unborn child in the womb is not a "choice". It is immoral. It is evil. And those who try to twist language to defend it are pathetic. A REAL American -- a REAL Democrat and a REAL Republican -- does not promote the culture of death. A REAL American -- a REAL Democrat and a REAL Republican -- fights to protect and defend the defenseless, unborn humans in the womb.
I hope you read THAT loudly and clearly.

I'm glad that you consider yourself an EXPERT on just who is a "REAL AMERICAN"... especially since most Americans are in favor of keeping abortion legal in the USA.
So exactly how did you get to be an expert on "REAL AMERICANS"? Did you take a class on it, or did you study up on Real Americans... of is this just something you decided to claim... all by yourself???

You and your wing-nut friends assume that just because a poll says a majority want something that makes it moral and good. I bet if they took a poll in 1855 a majority of Americans would have said that Slavery was o.k. I bet that if you took a poll in the 1920's and 1930's down south a majority would have said that the Jim Crow laws and the restrictions on black people voting was o.k., too.
A public opinion poll does NOT make an intrinsically evil and immoral act such as abortion any less evil nor any less immoral.
So stand up for REAL American values for once in your life and protect the right to life of the unborn.

I have stood up for REAL American values many times in my life... suppressing women is not one of my values. If you don't believe in abortion, then don't have one. MOST AMERICANS don't support your view, even though many of them would never have an abortion themselves, they don't force their personal views on the rest of society. If you were actually against abortions and wanted to decrease the need for abortion in the US, you'd support programs like Planned Parenthood, who probably prevents more abortions in the United States than any other group.
WHO HAS ABORTIONS?
• Eighteen percent of U.S. women obtaining abortions are teenagers; those aged 15–17 obtain 6% of all abortions, teens aged 18–19 obtain 11%, and teens younger than age 15 obtain 0.4%.
• Women in their 20s account for more than half of all abortions; women aged 20–24 obtain 33% of all abortions, and women aged 25–29 obtain 24%.
• Non-Hispanic white women account for 36% of abortions, non-Hispanic black women for 30%, Hispanic women for 25% and women of other races for 9%.
• Thirty-seven percent of women obtaining abortions identify as Protestant and 28% as Catholic.
• Women who have never married and are not cohabiting account for 45% of all abortions
• About 61% of abortions are obtained by women who have one or more children.
• Forty-two percent of women obtaining abortions have incomes below 100% of the federal poverty level ($10,830 for a single woman with no children).
• Twenty-seven percent of women obtaining abortions have incomes between 100–199% of the federal poverty level.

In 1850 you could put slave owners into neat little categories, grouped by age, religion, and socioeconomic status to justify slavery, it doesn't make treating human lives like property any more moral.

I agree. We're not discussing slavery... we're discussing something you profess to support... the FREEDOM to make your own choices, and not be oppressed by Big GOVT doctrine.

I was taking the argument out of religion...because it doesn't matter to Box how flippant the choice is...either way his 'scientific' defense doesn't hold up....either one has a responsible posterity view or they don't....
saving 'the earth' and having environmental laws is the same as abortion having 'reasonable' gun laws is the same as abortion
box is able to say....'go ahead abort it's not human' box is able to say...'go ahead restrict guns so that non-humans can't have guns'
...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......
The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

agree....once you look at a human being as a 'clump of cells' and not 'divine creation'....there is no worth to ANYTHING!! Human beings have been reduced to nothing more than a clump of cells....breathing or not!
So again.....if there is a GOD IN HEAVEN.....THE CREATER OF HEAVEN AND EARTH.....THE GREAT 'I AM'.....THE BEGINING AND THE END.......those who support and defend the killing of the innocent....with the innocent blood on their hands.....will think differently when they close their 'clump of cells eyes' for the last time.
And that's only IF there is a GOD IN HEAVEN!

saving 'the earth' and having environmental laws is the same as abortion LOL! Yea environmental laws are exactly the same thing as abortion!!! NOT!
having 'reasonable' gun laws is the same as abortion Amazing... 'reasonable' gun laws ARE EXACTLYH THE SAME THING AS ABORTION! Ya can hardly tell them apart!
box is able to say....'go ahead abort it's not human' No where did I say "it's not human"... but it makes as much sense as the rest of Senders post.
box is able to say...'go ahead restrict guns so that non-humans can't have guns' Does this make any sense to anyone??? Restrict guns so that non-humans can't have guns??? Is Senders drunk??? On drugs??? Insane??? This post makes no sense at all... just jibberish!

your defense of environmental regulations for 'tree seeds' and earth worms is amazing....
yet you can't seem to defend 'human seeds'
again....I'm for choice, but not a flippant choice...
I am going to choose to cut down a tree to heat my home with the 'already born' people that live in it...but you say you have to regulate how I heat my home....wouldn't want to kill a tree with seeds now, would you?
