It is consistent with box's belief that the state has a monopoly on violence. If gun manufacturers made a mini womb gun to give to the fetus to protect itself from the violent act of abortion about to be committed on it, he would support banning it. If you put a costume with the state insignia on the fetus, then it would be considered a member of the government priesthood and have access to any type of weapon it desires.
