Mark Scolamiero died.


Thanks go Metroplex KILLING his business by making him pay his tax AND making him pay the taxes of the billionaire Paul Mitchell, along with all the other rich dem cronies taxes, Mr James closed.   Some say he wanted to close it and that it was not due to Metropolex, but the FACT, the EVIDENCE has PROVEN that Metroplex has NOT done anything to bring people downtown.   Mr Scolamiero wanted to stay open.   Remember what he said about the closing

    Death Ray did so great Downtown he has moved on to "Downtown" Scotia. Another neutron bomb site. Maybe the County can buy the shuttered TV place too?

Really, the FACT is that the guy WANTED to stay open, his very own words were he was hoping for a miracle.

The FACT is that the wild, UNCONTROLLED spending by the dems and plex on downtown has NOT resulted in enough people down there for a private business to stay in business.  The only businesses staying in business are the ones that are being kept up by the financially struggling taxpayers under order or your dem buddies and plex.

The FACT is that all the spending on downtown has NOT helped the city rather it has resulted in SUBSTANTIAL REDUCTION in the tax base, plummeting home values with ever increasing taxes, plummeting home vales while at the SAME time home values throughout the capital region are rising, an inability to sell homes, a city which REFUSES to reduce the assessment values to the market value of the houses, and no one wanting to buy a house in the city nor even rent, there is an OVERABUNDANCE of EXISTING residential units for rent yet the dems still insist on NEEDLESSLY spending the taxpayers' money to build more apartments, build more apartments when there are too many EXISTING VACANT ones---what's the rationale for that?

So OF COURSE you wont' speak about it, you claim we know nothing, when the FACT is you know nothing, proven by the FACT that you will not provide even one teeny weeny shred of EVIDENCE to support ANYTHING you say.

Explain, DV, I DEFY you to explain this:   Mr James was downtown for almost a whole century, stayed open through the best of times and the worst of times.   WHY did Metroplex ignore a long time taxpaying SMALL local business and not give him a 100% permanent property tax exemption, but plex DID give a 100% permanent tax exemption to a billlionaire worldwide business dem crony??????????  

Why did plex and the city mandate that the longtime small business pay his own property taxes PLUS the taxes of the billionaire????????
